At Loyal Lab Outfitters, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or buyer’s remorse.

That said, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, we will promptly replace it.

Final Sale Items

All sale or promotional items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
